时间来到2037年，扭曲核子灾难毁灭了地球，扭曲幸存者都撤退到”內世界”，一个隔绝封闭的生物圈，由电脑掌控一切生命，但是年轻貌美的茱蒂挺身反抗这种安排好的生命形态，希望能体验真实的人生，于是生物圈的系统操作者就将她放逐到充满突变生物的「外世界」。外世界有许多畸形的食人怪，他们希望茱蒂能和他们邪恶的领导繁衍后代。茱蒂是否能逃出这个荒地，还是她会成为食人怪的嘴上肉呢？
