本篇故事承接前作《格桑花开的时候》，黄片江若婷（郑岚 饰）作为老师责任越来越重，黄片面临的考验也越发升级。她不仅遇到老司机（修睿 饰）的不断骚扰，还有金主爸爸（赵亮 饰）提出的两难选择，老顽童郭爷爷（马德华 饰）的多次整蛊，笨贼（李昆鹰 饰）对善款的虎视眈眈……象征幸福的格桑花能否陪伴江老师度过重重难关呢？

回复 :若即若离的感情线，一个在防守，一个在等待。小米（刘若英饰）与小南（古天乐饰）是大学时候的同学。每年小米的生日，小南都会送上祝福，唱一首五音不全的歌给小米听。彼此相知相爱，可是小米因为童年的阴影始终无法正面她与小南之间的感情。小米后来出国留学了，两人分隔两地但心里还是时时牵挂彼此。历年的生日，小米仍记得小南的祝福。仿佛各自又有了不一样的生活，可是当年的记忆还在。最后小南告诉小米自己就要踏上婚姻的道路，小米伤心欲绝，要强的她此刻才剖白心声。就算他们仍然彼此相爱，可一切都已经无法回头……

回复 :Sean （谢君豪饰）任职广告公司之摄影师，喜欢到处拍摄途人。Boni （孙佳君饰）在Sean 广告公司新上任当上创作总监，她认为要成为一位女上司，不但要以实力取胜，更当摆出一副严肃、令人望而生畏的态度，方能管治下属。但Boni 这种高傲的态度，使她与同事之间产生对立。Boni 在新广告计划上表现了她卓越的才华，但在向客户推荐此计划时，其客户竟向她展示了其它广告公司与她相同意念的广告制成品。Boni 被质疑抄袭别人的创作，广告公司老板张总大怒，把她实时辞退。Boni 怀着满腔失意回家倒头大睡，但醒来时却发现自己回到昨天，并重复昨天所遇到的一切事。Boni 再次面对客户指责和被辞退之辱，但她这次已冷静下来，她利用每天睡醒后也会回到昨天所累积的经验，决心要查出把她的意念泄露给其它广告公司的叛徒。在Boni 有意亲近各同事下，众人开始对她有了不同的观感。跟踪Sean 的期间，Boni 才感觉到Sean 并非她想象中那么懒散，而是一个对人对事也充满感性的人。Boni 的满腔怒火渐渐地变为对Sean 的深入了解，并渴望与他发展下去。但Boni 始终困在这「神奇的一天」，任她如何努力，醒来时还是要重新开始……
