回复 :1979年，自学成才的汉族青年柳新泉被分到县农科所工作，因未得到重视，临时在伙房做饭。一天，农科所长接到喜鹊岭茶园虫灾严重．要求派技术员的紧急电话，但所里的技术员都出差了，所长派不出人，便想到柳新泉曾写出了颇有水平的《茶病防虫》论文，决定派他去茶园。喜鹊岭畲家姑娘笑妹和姐妹们，按照畲族的风俗，抬着轿兜到半山腰去迎接县里派的柳技术员。粗心的笑妹，错把县茶叶公司的司机小刘当“小柳”，抬回村里。小柳因人地生疏，走错了路，被枫林岙生产队留下了……
