回复 :电影借女扮男装、健康舞、国术、太极带出一个集惹笑、鬼怪于一炉的故事。为使故事发展得较为流畅，制作人甫开首便安排两个水火不相容的冤家，男的是祝午郎（午马），是国术馆的主持人；女的是马莉亚（朱咪咪），开设马家太极馆，由于二人毗邻而居，因此时有冲突。祝为人迷信，把女儿英才（罗慧娟）扮成男儿装，并要她自幼习武，武馆弟子全都视英才为师弟。然而英才却暗恋大师兄华山伯（钱嘉乐），并经常向他示爱，不知就里的师兄却误会这个师弟有同性恋的倾向。马莉亚有侄女梦梨（陈雅伦）自日本返港，梦梨是健康舞教师，实行将马家太极现代化，而祝的弟子为追求梦梨，纷纷跑过马家学跳健康舞，令祝更加大怒。梦梨反港之日遭飞仔调戏，幸得英才相救，芳心暗许，另方面，华山伯却钟情于梦梨，于是惹出一段三角情缘。英才为向师兄表白女儿身，遭父亲反对并引来争拗，英才离家出走，适逢七月鬼节，被鬼仔（黄一山）上身，由于男女之间的不协调，于是闹出不少笑话。至于那段爱情三角关系，最终当然获得大团圆结局。
