尽管闲余村的村民们非常努力，特黄不过近些年村子还是没有太过明显的发展。新当选的村主任青华上任之后，特黄大刀阔斧，不仅与狗娃等众乡亲找到一条正确的乡村发展之路，还努力提高村民的文化素质，让经济与文化达到同步发展，尽显社会主义新农村的精神风貌。

回复 :马凯是一名普普通通的剪辑师，他受过专业的电影理论和技术的训练，对电影有着崇高的理想和热爱。不久前他刚刚和搭档为一名高傲自负的青年导演担任新片的剪辑工作，但是马凯无法接受学院派老一套的剪辑方法，于是自作主张加入了几个表达情绪用的空镜头，结果惹来导演的怒骂，命令他们在看片会之前按照剧本按部就班地剪出来。万般无奈，马凯和大雄从头来过，而且连花絮的编辑也需承担，两人只能熬夜工作。次日一早，马凯开车送片，谁知稀里糊涂走错了路。另一边，导演的版本遭到投资方否定，他的组被迫停工。没有责任心的导演将责任推到马凯身上，绝尘离去。失意的马凯在替身女孩小桃鼓励下重拾信心。而就在此关头，马凯经历了一件神奇的事，人生有望剪辑重来……
