回复 :正值32岁厄年的空姐相泽美晴（竹内结子 饰）同然接到人事调动的通知，她将即将前往新成立的航空公司Cherry任职。Cherry是一家以LCC（廉价航空）为理念创立航空公司，顾名思义，该公司以低成本和低票价为主要奋斗目标，势要在航空业低价格大战的时代抢占先机。令相泽大为震惊的是，包括她在内，公司仅由社长星（船越英一郎 饰）以及负责公司大小事务的主管加茂川隆（向井理 饰）三人组成，随后他们又招收了厌烦前后辈关系的就职浪人仓持友花（桐谷美玲 饰）、来自乡下的护士夏本优希（加藤爱 饰）、年过半百的出租车司机一宫惠子（宫崎美子 饰）等全然没有任何经验的女性接受空乘人员培训。高傲的相泽对于LCC体制下的种种做法全然不能接受，在彼此相互碰撞过程中，她和同伴们的心境却一点点地改变，终于他们迎来了Cherry航班首航的那一天……
