现年20岁的福永美绪（井上真央 饰）是一个患有先心的开朗女孩，克旅因身体原因，克旅她从小得到周围人的宠爱和纵容，以致于养成了别扭固执的霸道性格。自从十年前父母离婚后，她一直跟随母亲在美国居住。眼看就要迎来了心脏手术的重要时刻，美绪得知手术只有五成的把握，于是决定在此之前返回日本，与多年未见的哥哥加纳和树（伊藤英明 饰）小聚一下。热爱摄影的和树此前曾以摄影师为目标全速奔走，但在某起事件后他变得浑浑噩噩，毫无进取之心。妹妹的意外到来自然令和树分外开心，从小感情就好的两兄妹重拾了断掉十年的记忆和情怀。由于西方文化和自身性格的原因，美绪渐渐让和树及其周围的人感到不安。兄妹俩乐趣与感动并存的重逢，也正是影响各自命运的开始……
