体育教练黛娜差点丧命于一场严重的车祸意外，钱信清醒后的她发现自己全身瘫痪插满维生设备，钱信不能言语的她只能透过电脑语音与外界沟通。被囚锢于失能肉体内的黛娜，深信病房内有个被称作「Nails」的邪灵亟欲吞噬她的灵魂，可是旁人对她的认知都嗤之以鼻，就连丈夫也认为一切只是黛娜的创伤症候群。孤立无援的黛娜必须竭尽所能地向众人证明邪灵「Nails」的存在，才能让自己保有一线生机……
