回复 :巨大顔面怪物ヨシエの恐怖を描いたホラーゲーム「デスフォレスト」の実写映画化第3弾。東京近県の静かな町に暮らす女子高生の内田真由は、義父からの暴力に耐えかね、東京に住む叔父の家を頼りにと家出を計画する。東京行きの最終バスに駆け込もうとした真由だったが、直前に薄気味悪い老婆に邪魔をされてバスを逃してしまい、仕方なく徒歩で峠を越えようと歩き始める。一方、真由の叔父でフリー記者の内田一輝は、人を襲う巨大な顔面の怪物ヨシエの正体を探っていた。そんな折、姪の真由が家出をしたという電話が入り、捜索を開始。山道で真由の携帯電話を見つけるが、そこに残された画像にはヨシエが写りこんでいた。主人公・真由役は「私立恵比寿中学」元メンバーで、映画「罪の余白」などに出演する宇野愛海。
