中学理科老师矢的猛（长谷川初范 饰）是一名心中充满了正义感和责任感的有志之士，竖笛对于曾经四处作恶搅得人心惶惶的怪兽，竖笛矢的猛深信其实是来自于人类的负能量造就了它们，因此，作为一名老师，矢的猛一直都致力于教导学生们什么是正义，什么是邪恶。可是，矢的猛的一己之力实在微薄，怪兽克莱圣特重现人间，给地球带来了重大危机，UGM得知此事，派出了爱迪奥特曼来到地球惩奸除恶。在大山一树（中山仁 饰）和伊藤顺吉（大门正明 饰）的邀请之下，矢的猛加入了他们的队伍，展开了和克莱圣特的殊死搏斗。面对格外强大的敌人，矢的猛是否能够凭借自己的智慧和勇气，获得最终的胜利，保卫地球的和平呢？
