自由记者板垣公平因为厌烦了报道工作，春暖把之前自己写的取材笔记拿到海边烧掉时遇到了身体不适的女生，春暖正当板垣想要帮助女生时，却被一个男性撞到在地上。随后，板垣知道了该男性是《网络头条》视频放送的自由记者藤城紫苑。其中，在名为「JUSTICE」的SNS网站上，名为荒木琢磨的连续*事件*犯的名字备受关注，就在这时，警察接到了荒木打来的自首电话，荒木在电话中承认了部分犯罪事实。与其同时，最新消息表示案件嫌疑犯另有他人，并正在追寻此人下落。而荒木作为警方的协助调查人前方警署接受问话……
