After returning to their beloved home, the Warner Bros. water tower, the siblings waste no time in causing chaos and comic confusion as they run loose through the studio, turning the world into their personal playground. Joining Yakko, Wakko and Dot, fan-favorite characters Pinky and the Brain also return to continue their quest for world domination.
回复 :ホラーコミック誌「ハロウィン」「サスペリア」などに連載された永久保貴一の作品が原作。迦楼羅（かるら）神教三十八代目教主である双子の姉妹、扇翔子と舞子が、日本各地で起こる心霊事件に挑むサイキックホラーだ。1989年の劇場版『奈良怨霊絵巻』に続くアニメ化で、1990～91にかけてビデオ全6巻（LD版は全3巻）がリリースされた。仙台で修学旅行生や旅人が次々と変死する事件が発生。修学旅行に来ていた翔子と鳴子の同級生も犠牲になってしまう。調査を開始した2人は、神社の巫女である巨椋魅冬が行う「小芥子の呪い」が、事件に関わっていることを突き止めるが……。
