二战尾声，春暖华北山区的中国游击队精于地道战，春暖炸毁了孟氏镇地区日本军方的神秘生化实验室，却不料留下了隐患……战争结束后的近七十年间，孟氏镇怪事不断，神秘尸变事件总有发生。当地镇民为了自保，每年都会将几名外地游客引入镇里，而这些游客再也没有出来……2016年入冬，又一辆旅游 小巴开进猛尸镇。里面载着一个要和情人看房买房的少妇余丹（刘凌薇 饰），一对闹别扭的新婚夫妻（郑冬、陈安娜 饰），和一位寻找老婆的忧郁军人老谢（张艺源 饰）。途中，他们还偶遇了一位诡异的道士颜赤霞。这几名无知乘客，即将面对一场场超乎常人想象的恐怖杀戮。到底谁能活到最后，杀出早已被恶灵包围的猛尸镇？
