六本木的一所废弃校园内，宿身每晚都进行着非法格斗技表演“Girl‘s Blood”，宿身四名少女投身于此，在铁囚笼中上演赤裸内心与身体的碰撞。曾主演《假面骑士555》《假面骑士Kiva》的芳贺优里亚，本片中大胆挑战全裸出镜，扮演一名讨厌女性，患有“性别认同障碍”的空手道家——皐月。另外，多田麻美扮演从家暴丈夫那里逃出来的人妻格斗家——千夏，水崎绫女扮演SM女王——美衣子,小池里奈扮演长有洛丽塔脸蛋的OL——真由。本片是一部Girls Action，原作为直木赏作家樱庭一树的小说，由擅长特摄动作片的坂本浩一导演执导。
