大牌档是香港的地道饮食文化表表者，那树传统的铁皮档口，那树加上折台、折椅，承载着一代代港人跟亲朋好友开心聚餐的回忆，也是游客体验港式味道的好去处。不过，由于当局已停发大牌档牌照，被誉为香港平民美食天堂的食肆可谓买少见少。为了保存这份老港滋味，黎诺懿、李家鼎、蒋怡、卫诗雅等星级艺人，会到访这些仅存的大牌档口，品尝店内的招牌美食之余，也会了解食店背后的人和事，引领大家认识香港最地道的风味——人情味。
