这是极其恐怖的黑暗世界，草莓在东京的一个角落里有个组织专门贩卖人的器官，草莓两个侦探为了侦破这个不法组织，潜入了他们的根据地，不幸的是其中一个被抓住，并将手脚及生殖器切除囚禁在一所学校的生物实验室里，这里就是专门进行器官移除手术的医生的隐藏之地，在那里相继有两名女学生被害。最终侦探终于找到了这个可怕的场所。
