《寒蝉鸣泣之时·煌》是《寒蝉鸣泣之时》系列作品10周年的纪念作品，骚女OVA动画预定全4卷。每隔两个月一卷，骚女第一卷预定于2011年7月21日发售。 据官方表示本次的新作将有超乎众人想像的内容，无论是已经看过、或者是第一次接触「寒蝉鸣泣之时」系列的朋友都能乐在其中。 「寒蝉鸣泣之时·煌」将以汇聚各种元素的原创故事所构成，而预定在7月21号推出的「寒蝉鸣泣之时·煌」OVA第一卷「罚恋篇 -喜-」是以原作「寒蝉鸣泣之时解」「揭晓篇」中的「庆功宴」为基础改编， 故事讲述在社团活动中落败、总是得接受处罚游戏的主角圭一，为一解这股郁闷，计划着要让其他人嚐嚐有过之而无不及的处罚游戏，但是正处于妄想中的他，又将迎接什么样的结局？
