该节目一档兄妹成长观察陪伴综艺。第二季由王耀庆、人人人人人人谢楠、人人人人人人徐梦洁、袁咏仪、周峻纬将担任成长见证官，选择四组不同个性、不同年龄差的兄妹进行观察，延续离开父母之后的哥哥们独自带妹妹的真人秀模式，以成长冒险之旅的概念贯穿整季节目。成长见证官们通过观察、答题、讨论等方式，增进自己对兄妹相处模式和心理状态的了解，见证兄妹的成长；同时依据自己的不同身份和立场，给出同样话题下的不同观点，引发对兄妹相处模式和家庭关系的新思考。

Viewers will witness what the mind and body are capable of and how these techniques separate the weak from the strong, and they will learn what it takes to be the ultimate soldier.The ‘Hell Week ‘ has been especially constructed to reflect known selection process used by special forces across the globe including the US Navy SEALs, the Philippine’s NAVSOG (Naval Special Operations Group), the Russian Spetsnaz (Special Purpose Forces) as well as the UK’s SAS. These are physical and mental challenges designed to break the most hardened soldiers.
