外星大王来到青青草原做客，亚洲区在灰太狼（张琳 配音）家吃住三个月，亚洲区让红太狼大为光火。经灰太狼的劝说，外星大王决定回去自己的星球，临行前送给灰太狼一桶像石头般坚硬的彩蛋。灰太狼自觉被骗，愤怒地将蛋扔出去，结果偏巧掉在正在丛林中玩耍的喜羊羊（祖丽晴 配音）他们身边。大家分头寻找失主，不过一无所获。后来小灰灰（梁颖 配音）偶然把蛋拆开，从里面竟然蹦出极为拉风的赛车“小帅哥”。在此之后，大块头、赛公主、先行者、红将军、排头兵、战狼传说、优雅王座、小甜甜等功能独特的方程式赛车接连诞生。新的一年，老狼和小羊的战争全面升级，精彩到被CCTV点名……
