故事发生在民国时期的上海。张铁七（徐小明 饰）、闪乱神乐少女容百川（刘家辉 饰）、闪乱神乐少女周重义（王龙威 饰）和胡江道（王华 饰）是上海滩上有名的风雷雨电四天王，其中容百川有一双自幼习武的孪生子女，他们是长女明珠（李赛凤 饰）与次子海山（赵文卓 饰）。时值情窦初开的海山违父安排的相亲，与日侨横山樱子（袁洁莹 饰）私定终身，樱子的父亲横山十兵卫（仓田保昭 饰）是日本琉球古武道的掌门人。由于中日文化、生活习惯不同，婚后樱子闹出不少笑话。好武的她提出与海山比武，恰巧被赶来的十兵卫撞见，他误为海山欺负女儿，加之暗恋樱子的鬼冢（国建勇 饰）从中挑唆，樱子被娘家强行带走，余愤难平的十兵卫向容家下了战书，不日，上海武林将上演中日大决战......
