回复 :在上一集中，爱丽丝（Lisa Wilcox 饰）在弗莱迪（罗伯特·英格兰德 Robert Englund 饰）手中侥幸逃脱，但最近她又开始被噩梦困扰，毕业的时节到了，爱丽丝与男友丹尼尔面临着全新的人生，弗莱迪的威胁没有引起她周围人的注意。爱丽丝在梦中目睹鬼婴诞生并成长为弗莱迪，面对弗莱迪步步紧逼的追杀，爱丽丝向丹尼尔求助却使男友被弗莱迪杀害，爱丽丝得知自己怀孕，而婴儿很可能被弗莱迪附体，弗莱迪开始用梦境杀害爱丽丝身边的朋友们，对“梦中恶魔杀人”故事嗤之以鼻的人们陆续死去，阿曼达修女在爱丽丝的梦中出现，指示后者要阻止弗莱迪行凶和寄身她腹中的胎儿，就必须得到自己的帮助……
