知名华语音乐人带领圈内好友，恋爱前往季节分明的旅行目的地，恋爱开启一次非同寻常的音乐旅程。在旅途中，他们收集声音，碰撞音乐的灵感，用最具感染力的音符诠释自然的声音和自然而然地动听。该节目由抖音和灿星联合出品，灿星制作。华语流行乐男歌手张信哲，华语乐坛先锋创作人、男歌手唐汉霄，华语流行乐唱作型男歌手颜人中，三位音乐人集结云南丽江，将进行一场五天四夜的音乐旅行，寻找美妙声音，激发创作灵感，最终制作一首原创的音乐作品，并在旅途尾声，为当地观众举办一个小型的现场音乐会。
