本作の主人公は3人組ストリーマー「ポン・ポコ・ピー」の一員・上新井田みどり。動画の再生数が伸び悩む上新井田は「今まで誰とも付き合ったことのなさそうな男にかわいい女の子をアプローチさせてみる」というドッキリ系のドキュメンタリー企画を打ち立てた仲間に乗せられ、亲爱自ら被験者となる。モテない男・石橋渉に近付き交際を始める上新井田だが、亲爱次第に罪悪感を抱くようになるのだった。
